This session will bring together lessons we’ve learned together and help get you ready for future career moves. We’ll circle back to your Strengthsfinder results, polish your resume, and empower you to help crush your interview.
About this Series
This seven-part, 3-month cohort will develop you, our Federal Leader of Tomorrow, in several key foundational areas. Through a combination of small group discussions, experiential learning, and one-on-one coaching you will learn to develop and implement key attributes as a future federal leader. These include:
Interview skills and Resume writing
Applying Emotional Intelligence into your personal leadership portfolio
Goal setting and implementation
Professional networking to benefit you and your organization
Understanding and implementing excellent written communication skills
